We will always try to make your order as soon as we receive it and It takes a maximum of 24 hours to process your order before it is dispatched. However we can only guarantee that orders sent before 2pm each working day are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery is offered free of charge. Once we have made your order it will be sent 1st class via Royal Mail 1st and this usually takes 1-2 days. Please remember we need 24 hours to process your order.

We will work our hardest to have your order ready as soon as possible but once it has been sent, we are not able to control any possible delays. We always advise to order in plenty of time if you need a gift by a certain date.

Yes, most of our hampers are sent directly to the new parents and so we can send your gift straight to the recipient along with your name on a card so that they know who sent it.

We will never include any paperwork that includes the price of your gift.

We currently only send to UK addresses. If you would like to send one of our gifts to another country, please get in touch and we can give you a quote.

Yes, we do. You can purchase them by navigating to Gift Cards on our menu.

Each gift card has a validity of 9 months from date of purchase. We will be unable to honour gift cards after this period.
